Our Code of Conduct outlines the Company’s commitment to employees, business partners and the world about how we conduct business. It is essential to achieving our business goals with integrity and in compliance with the law. It also defines our responsibilities to each other as employees, to our Company, to our customers and suppliers and to society.
The Code covers aspects such as respect for human rights, protection of the environment, health and safety, fair competition, prevention of illegal trade and our zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
We provide guidance to our employees on what the Code means for them, and their role in living up to our high standards of ethical conduct in their day to day business dealings. We also expect our business partners to meet the same standards.
Your Voice is our confidential internal reporting line that employees can use to raise concerns about potential violations of our Code of Conduct in confidence and without fear of retaliation.
