JTI is the leading tobacco company in Kazakhstan. We produce some of the world's best-known brands at our factory in Almaty, and sell them in Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and Mongolia. We’re proud that our factory is recognized as one of the best in our global business.
Our commitment to quality leads to enticing opportunities – here and abroad – for our employees. We join international programs, learn from the best, and bring the finest ideas and processes back to Kazakhstan. Our people regularly get the chance to live and work around the globe – learning from and sharing knowledge with colleagues across the 120 countries where we do business.
We’re proud to support the communities we live and work in. For example, we run our Boundless Opportunities project in partnership with the Kazakhstan Confederation of Disabled People. This creates jobs, improves working conditions and ensures urban developments are suitable for people with disabilities.
We also promote festivals that celebrate arts and culture, such as the Binding Thread of Time project with the Degdar Humanitarian Foundation. This national project celebrates veterans of World War II, uniting different generations through music. It features free concerts, master classes, and meet-the-artist sessions.
We were named as the Top Employer in Kazakhstan for four years running by the Top Employer Institute
