Employee feedback

At JTI, we strive to create an environment where the goals and needs of the business are supported by investment in people, their personal growth, as well as rewards.

To understand how engaged our people are and what matters to them, JTI conducts periodic global Employee Engagement Survey among all employees. Its purpose is to give management teams insights of employees’ views of what the company is doing well and less well, thus, triggering management actions that are incorporated into the company’s business plans.
