1. Can I order your products online?

We do not do any sort of mail or internet order as this contravenes our company policy. Read out Internet Sales Statement.

2. I have got an idea for your product. How do I share it?

We appreciate your interest, however it is company policy not to accept unsolicited ideas or inventions. Should you be interested in working for JTI, please check out our Career section.

3. I want to sell your products. Can I get a catalogue?

We distribute our products through a number of set contracted distributors and are not at this moment looking to expand that list. If you would like to get in touch with your nearest office the contact numbers and addresses of our worldwide offices can be found in the Worldwide Offices section.

4. Why aren’t your products sold in my country?

Distribution rights for products vary by country. For specific product information related to your country, please contact your local JTI office.
