Communication is an important part of our approach to being a great employer. Through a strong network of internal communications channels, we make sure our employees are kept informed of developments in the business. Our multi-platform network means we can reach all of our employees, whether they work in the field, factory, or office. Our online collaboration platform allows our employees to connect with each other, no matter where they are in the world. It encourages conversations and lets employees connect, share and collaborate.

We encourage our employees to speak, and we listen. To make sure all of our employees have a voice, we regularly conduct an employee engagement survey across our entire business. We gather employees’ views on their working environment, our way of doing business, and how they feel about the part they play in the Company. The results of these surveys tell us what we are doing well and where we can improve. The findings help us to make our business more efficient, and help us to keep our people motivated.
