Recognizing this challenge, JTI N&WA launched its Graduate Program in 2023, a dedicated initiative designed to provide fresh graduates with the hands-on experience they need to kickstart their careers.
The Graduate Program at JTI N&WA is a six-month internship with opportunities in Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia; spanning various departments including marketing, sales, communication, finance, P&C, legal, and engineering. The program is crafted to give graduates a comprehensive understanding of their chosen field.
The program is not only about gaining experience but also about building connections, honing skills, and preparing for the future. Interns at JTI N&WA are provided with additional tools such as development training and career coaching, empowering them to make the most of their internship. From day one, they are encouraged to take on meaningful tasks and projects that challenge them to apply their academic knowledge in practical settings.
