MAKE IT BRIGHT: OUR ANNUAL GLOBAL COMPETITION FOR EMERGING TALENT

JTI Group celebrates every year a global challenge where teams from different countries compete for the first prize and an international, 6-months, paid internship.

Each country is represented by one team, who prepares a business case for the competition. Our participants choose an innovative idea to improve JTI, which then they present before a jury of senior executives at the global final in Geneva.
