Your Journey with JTI: our recruitment process

Here’s a step-by-step look at what you can expect during our recruitment process:

Take a look through our job openings and apply online. Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team will review your application and get back to you after about two weeks. 

If your application moves forward, we’ll invite you to chat with a recruiter. This is a chance for us to learn more about you and share how the role fits into the bigger picture at JTI.

For some roles, we’ll ask you to complete two assessments - one behavioral and one cognitive. These are designed to remove biases and give us a clear, data - driven view of your fit for the role and our culture.

As a bonus, you might also get some great feedback that helps you learn more about yourself and your growth potential!

Next, you’ll meet with the Hiring Manager and at least one other team member or colleague from a different department. A panel interview helps us ensure fair and balanced feedback.

This is your chance to show off your skills, share your experience, and ask questions about the role. The number of interviews at this stage might vary depending on the role, but don’t worry-our recruiters will guide you through it all.

If we’re both excited about working together, we’ll send you a job offer! Depending on your location, you’ll also have a conversation with someone from our People & Culture team to go over the details.
