A hiker, runner, and squash player, Jean-Paul — or JP as we call him — has been at JTI for 12 years. As a Global Category Manager, in his own words, he's in charge of "bringing the outside in": he finds valuable partners that match JTI people's needs and expectations and selects the external service providers that work with us on many different types of projects. His favorite part? Seeing the successful results of the collaborations he's created - "I really like being able to influence an action that is impactful for the company." Working on so many different projects, JP meets many different people and is fascinated by the different cultures and people stories at JTI. He says his favorite thing about working at JTI is "the possibility to work with really international people from different cultures - having the possibility to interact with them but also to understand the way they behave and their expectations.
