Mateusz joined JTI as a Global Supply Chain and Customer Service Specialist in March 2020, just before the Covid-19 lockdown. Talk about a challenging time to start a new job! Just nine months later he was promoted to Team Lead and is now responsible for supporting functions, markets, and customers on a global scale. As a people person, Mateusz believes that "working with people is the most enjoyable thing, and having people around that are always ready to support" has been his key to success in his three years at JTI.
