Meet Milan, who's just celebrated an exciting milestone - 10 years working at JTI. "Coming into the office, I never know what might happen," he says. Traveling the globe is an integral part of his daily responsibilities, as is meeting people — and that's what he loves. Having changed jobs several times during his tenure at JTI, he's happy he was pushed to discover new challenges and new places. "I started marketing at JTI in 2011 in a completely different environment to the one I’m working in now. I was able to change different functions, departments and markets. This enables you to grow as a person and to have more confidence in taking on a new challenge.“
