The Manila GBS Center has the distinction as JTI’s third global hub after two similar centers were opened in Warsaw, Poland, and in St. Petersburg, Russia. The establishment of GBS Manila aims to further address the needs of all JTI markets in the Asia Pacific and Americas regions. GBS Manila serves 122 JTI entities across 102 countries in Asia and the Americas.
The establishment of the GBS Center in Manila is proof of the company’s confidence in the Philippine market and evidence of its continuing commitment to create jobs in support of national development. Over a span of 2.5 years, we’ve employed 300 full time employees, and continue to hire, helping to soften the impact on unemployment brought about by the pandemic.

The Manila-based GBS occupies one and a half floors of West Campus, 20 Le Grand Avenue, McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
Our shared services hub provides consultancy and analytics solutions in areas ranging from finance, marketing and sales, human resource (known as people and culture at JTIP), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash and Customer Services, and Information Technology advice, effectively addressing operational challenges and seamless workflow process.
