JTI has once again affirmed its position as a leading workplace by continuing to be recognized by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer in Vietnam. It made a strong impression by ranking 1st in Vietnam and 2nd in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, affirming the quality of its work environment according to global standards. This also marks the 12th consecutive year JTI has achieved the Global Top Employer title, with outstanding progress in employee satisfaction and engagement.
The Top Employer award is granted based on a comprehensive assessment of companies' HR policies and practices by the Top Employers Institute. Currently, the award is present in 131 countries and territories, focusing on evaluating key categories such as talent strategy, people development, corporate culture, well-being, diversity and inclusion (DE&I), as well as commitments to sustainable development.
Consistently maintaining the Top Employer position in Vietnam for many years demonstrates JTI Vietnam's persistent efforts in building a human-centric work environment, where each individual is empowered to grow, listened to, and provided with the conditions to maximize their potential. JTI Vietnam continues to record positive assessment scores across multiple aspects, such as diversity and inclusion (DE&I) values, employee engagement, and satisfaction. Meanwhile, the Top 2 APAC ranking reflects JTI's synchronization and consistency with advanced HR standards throughout the region.
