As a new father, the moment my son was placed in my arms for the very first time was like no other I had experienced. His tiny fingers wrapped around my own, and his eyes met mine – it was a magical connection, a feeling beyond words.
Thanks to JTI’s family leave policy, I could be present for crucial early moments - life's firsts I might have missed due to the absence of legal family leave requirements. Being there for my child and partner allowed us to create lasting memories without career concerns.
