A listening ear, 24/7, 365 days a year 

Having a difficult time? JTI’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to support you and your loved ones around the clock. This confidential service offers professional counseling for both work-related and personal challenges. So, if you feel stressed, worried, or just need someone to talk to, just get in touch.

Mental health first aiders

Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, and isolation can really affect our mental health. We get it—everyone needs support now and then. That’s why we have around 500 certified Mental Health First Aiders across 50 countries. These amazing employees have volunteered and are trained to be there for you whenever you need a helping hand.

Wellness Thursdays

Every month, we organize Wellness Thursday sessions, where we offer top-notch education and inspiration on various wellbeing topics. From learning about neurodiversity, developing healthy boundaries or building resilience, there is something for everyone! 

Mental fitness test

Test your Mental Fitness. Thanks to our new tool, you can choose to test your mental health and wellbeing. Once done, you will receive a personalized report full of insights and actionable tips. It's time to take control of your wellbeing!
